Magnus Oil platform – North Sea

Magnus Oil platform – 2019

Client: Step Change Engineering

Emveedo Energy was instructed by Step Change Engineering to conduct a wake vibration frequency study for a new flowline installed on EnQuest’s Magnus Oil platform. We carried out a full Vibration assessment based on Energy Institute (EI)  guideline including level 1 and level 2 evaluations. the necessary recommendations and preventive actions were provided to the client to ensure safe operation and maintenance of the new and existing facilities. The work was carried out as part of Emveedo’s brownfield activities on North Sea projects.

TEN FPSO – Offshore Ghana

TEN FPSO – Ongoing

Client: Energy Services International (Eserv)

Emveedo Energy is assisting eserv with the detail design of the new freshwater flushing system for MODEC’s TEN FPSO which is operating in approximately 1,500 meters water depth on the TEN (Tweneboa, Enyenra and Ntomme) fields in the Deepwater Tano contract area offshore Ghana. The scope comprises of piping integrity assessment for the new deluge system as well as process safety study and selection of the FW pump.

Hawkins field development – North Sea

Client: PD&MS

Chrysaor’s Armada Complex is located in the Central North Sea 250 km East of Aberdeen. Emveedo Energy was chosen by PD&MS to carry out detail design and piping integrity assessment for the production and test manifolds of its Hawkins field development. The scope was also comprised of acoustic induced vibration (AIV) and detailed fatigue assessment on the existing and new systems. The work was carried out as part of Emveedo’s brownfield activities on North Sea projects.

Montrose Alpha PW Debottlenecking Crossover – North Sea

Montrose Alpha PW Debottlenecking Crossover – 2018

Client: Apollo

Repsol Sinopec’s Montrose field lies in Block 22/17 of the United Kingdom Continental Shelf located 130 miles east of Aberdeen in the Central North Sea. Apollo, which later on was acquired by Global Energy Group, chose Emveedo energy to carry out Piping integrity assessment for new crossover piping to the inlet of 1st Stage Separator of Trains 1 and 2 to improve production. The work was carried out as part of Emveedo’s brownfield activities on North Sea projects.

Bamboo Nitric Acid plant – Norway

Bamboo Nitric Acid plant – 2015

Client: Yara International

Emveedo Energy was nominated by YARA Int to review and optimise the detail design of Turbin hall and compressor area as part of Yara’s NOK 1.5 bn Bamboo Nitric Acid plant in Norway.
The tight schedule of the project didn’t stop our team from providing high quality, cost-effective solution with optimising the safety, integrity and operability of the system.

Finlaggan over Britannia FEED – North Sea

Finlaggan over Britania gas field – 2018

Client: PD&MS

Emveedo Energy was selected by PD&MS to carry out Piping integrity assessment, including stress analysis; flow induced vibration (FIV) and acoustic induced vibration (AIV) studies on the FEED phase of ConocoPhillips’s Finlaggan over Britania gas field development. The work was carried out as part of Emveedo’s brownfield activities on North Sea projects.
